You Never Know!

This is a piece my dearest friend Mona Ahmed (a.k.a. Moonz) wrote. Enjoy the beautiful, flowing thoughts :)

You know when your day just starts on the wrong foot? As if there is something out there screaming out, telling you there is a major imbalance in your life … that your life is simply out of order!

Its time to either choose the easy way out and simply shut down OR brace yourself for the tomatoes life is going to throw at you! The coward’s way, though very tempting, is frankly out of the question.

So, here I am feigning bravery and standing my ground, taking the blows one after the other. These blows may be trivial or even insignificant, but I don’t know why, most of them made me cringe inside, and one even managed to bring instant tears to my eyes.

I wonder …

Could someone understand you more than and even before you understand yourself?

Can someone discover your ultimate weakness before you yourself face your fears?

Can answering this urgent need inside you, be more difficult than coming face to face with your dreadful enemy?

Oh my God! … How philosophical that may sound? And how hilarious … especially coming from someone like me …

Someone who pinches all her friends to get her negative energy out …

Someone who must give nicknames to anyone and anything in her life …

Someone who wants to remain a BABY… always … even when she is a grandma …

Someone who would blindly choose to play freely with kids than to sit decently with adults …

Someone who wants to fly … in real life … like she did in her dreams …

Someone who thinks normal is weird …

Someone who thinks she is 5 instead of 25 years old …

Someone who is so spontaneous … everyone calls her a lunatic and sometimes silly …

Someone whose worst fear is to have someone be upset with her …

Someone who is crazy enough to strive to be naughty while clutching dearly to her innocence …

Someone who wants to grow her hands to giant ones to be able to move (make) the waves in the sea

Someone who wants to touch the sky and spend a day on the clouds …

Someone who wishes her office desk is a hammock …

Someone who is waiting for the right moment to pour herself into it …

So, the day doesn’t have to go wrong after all …

You never know … We always never know!
