She sat on that relatively empty bench in the bus station waiting for her bus to arrive. “Five more minutes,” she thought in her mind. She refused to put on her sunglasses and preferred to enjoy the mild spring sun. “It is a beautiful day!” a smiling voice said cheerfully next to her. She turned around to rest her sight on a pair of peaceful eyes. His light beard surrounded a relaxed smile showing neat, white teeth. She grinned while looking at the sky where two white clouds roamed leisurely, “yes, very fine weather!” Her gaze lazily returned to the comfortable face next to her while stretching her legs before her. There was something lulling about his eyes… she instantly felt as if she were gently rocked on a hammock hanged on a bent balm tree. “Is this your bus?!” he inquired still with the same smile. “Oh…oh, yes!” she collected her straw purse and stood up with hesitant hastiness. Before riding the bus she turned around and waved: “wonderful day!” He waved back with a wide, bright smile: “wonderful life!” She sat back in her seat, laid back her head and felt light at heart.
